At DrippyRoom, we want you to love your hypebeast room decor. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Damaged or Broken Items

Free Replacement Guarantee

If your mirror, rug, or mousepad arrives damaged or broken, we'll send you a free replacement at no additional cost.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We'll ship a replacement immediately once verified
  • No need to return the damaged item

Returns

30-Day Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Requirements:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition
  • Must include all original packaging and materials
  • Product must be in resalable condition (no damage, marks, or alterations)
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Custom or personalized orders

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at [your-email@drippymirror.com] with your order number
  2. Include reason for return and photos if applicable
  3. We'll provide you with return instructions and authorization
  4. Ship item back in original packaging with tracking
  5. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return

Refunds

Processing Time:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return
  • Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days

Refund Amount:

  • Full product price refunded for approved returns
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless item arrived damaged or defective
  • Return shipping costs are deducted from refund (unless defective/damaged)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item:

  1. Return your original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

Lost or Stolen Packages

DrippyRoom is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
  • Verify the delivery address on your order

We recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier for lost or stolen packages.

Defective Items

If your item has a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 30 days with photos
  • We'll replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund
  • We'll cover return shipping costs for defective items
