Shipping Overview

DrippyRoom ships premium hypebeast room decor worldwide. We maintain a US warehouse for in-stock items and also offer pre-order and custom products. Shipping times vary based on product availability and your location.

Processing Time

In-Stock Items (US Warehouse)

  • Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Items ship within 1-2 business days of order placement
  • You'll receive a tracking number via email once shipped

Pre-Order Items

  • Processing: 2-4 weeks
  • These items are not currently in our warehouse and need to be manufactured/sourced
  • Estimated shipping timeframes will be clearly displayed on the product page
  • You'll be notified when your item ships

Custom Orders

  • Processing: 3-6 weeks depending on customization
  • Custom products are made to order
  • Timeline will be confirmed before order completion
  • Updates provided throughout the production process

Delivery Time

United States

In-Stock Items (US Warehouse)

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after shipment
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after shipment
  • Total time from order to delivery: Less than 5 business days for most US locations

Pre-Order/Custom Items

  • Once manufactured and shipped from our facility
  • Standard delivery times apply (3-5 business days within US)

International Shipping

In-Stock Items

  • Canada: 7-14 business days
  • Europe: 10-20 business days
  • Australia/Asia: 12-25 business days
  • Other regions: 15-30 business days

Pre-Order/Custom Items

  • Manufacturing time: 2-6 weeks
  • Plus standard international shipping times listed above

Note: International delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination address
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Shipping method selected

Free Shipping

  • Available on US orders over $75
  • Applies to standard shipping only
  • Does not apply to pre-order or custom items

Tracking Your Order

Order Confirmation

  • You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order
  • This confirms we've received your order, not that it has shipped

Shipping Confirmation

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email
  • Track your package through the carrier's website
  • For pre-orders, you'll be notified when manufacturing is complete and items ship

  • Item is not currently in stock
  • 2-4 weeks manufacturing/sourcing time

  • You'll be charged at time of order

🎨 Custom Order

  • Made to order based on your specifications
  • 3-6 weeks production time
  • Timeline confirmed before order finalization

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx

The carrier is selected based on your location and shipping method. You cannot request a specific carrier, but we choose the most reliable option for your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most locations worldwide, with some exceptions:

We Do Not Ship To:

  • P.O. Boxes (mirrors and larger items only; mousepads acceptable)
  • Military APO/FPO addresses (contact us for special arrangements)
  • Certain international regions with import restrictions

Address Accuracy

Your Responsibility

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
  • Double-check your address before completing your order
  • We cannot modify addresses after an order ships

Address Corrections

  • Contact us immediately if you need to change your address
  • If the package has already shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery
  • Address correction fees from carriers will be passed to the customer

Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Carriers typically make 3 delivery attempts
  • If delivery fails, packages are returned to sender or held at carrier facility
  • You may need to pick up from the carrier location or arrange redelivery

Package Marked as Delivered

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify the delivery address on your order
  3. Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered before actual drop-off)
  4. Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim

DrippyRoom is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier
  • Provide a police report for stolen packages if required by carrier
  • We'll work with you to resolve the issue, but cannot guarantee replacement for stolen packages

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We'll send a free replacement immediately (see our Return & Refund Policy)
  • No need to return the damaged item

International Orders

Customs and Duties

International customers are responsible for:

  • All customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by their country
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Providing accurate customs information if required

Customs Declarations

  • We accurately declare product value and contents
  • We cannot mark items as "gifts" or undervalue packages
  • Customs processing times vary by country

Refused Shipments

  • If you refuse delivery due to customs fees, you are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds will be issued minus all shipping costs and any customs fees incurred

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Before Shipment

  • Contact us immediately at support@drippymirror.com
  • We'll do our best to modify or cancel your order
  • Once shipped, modifications are not possible

After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be modified once shipped
  • You may refuse delivery and return the package
  • Standard return policy and shipping fees apply

Pre-Orders

  • Can be cancelled before manufacturing begins
  • Full refund issued if cancelled before production
  • Partial refunds may apply if production has started

Holidays and Peak Seasons

During holidays and peak shopping seasons:

  • Processing times may be extended by 1-3 business days
  • Shipping carriers may experience delays
  • We'll update shipping estimates on our website during these periods
  • Order early to ensure delivery by specific dates

We cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates, including holidays.

Bulk Orders

For orders of 10+ items:

  • Contact us before placing your order at support@drippymirror.com
  • Custom shipping quotes available
  • Potential discounts on shipping for large orders
  • May require additional processing time
